1. Gopher - an american animal like a rat, living in holes which it digs in the holes.
2. Merchants -  1.a) person involved in trade. E.g: venice was a city of rich merchants. b) person who sells goods specified. E.g: he is a coal-merchant. 2. A person who is fond of specified activity. E.g: he is a speed merchant and he likes to drive the car like a maniac.
